How to cancel your PRO subscription
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you cancel in your iPhone's Settings rather than inside the app.
Cancel on iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name (Apple Account) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Heart Rate & Health.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
What happens next
- You keep PRO until the end of the current period.
- To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or before the trial ends.
- Your readings stay on your phone.
