What does the energy level mean?
Energy estimates how ready your body is for effort right now, from the measurement alone.
How it's calculated
- Your pulse, relative to a 50–110 bpm span, carries about half of it.
- Your variability — blended 60/40 from RMSSD and SDNN — carries the rest.
- Variability is read inverted here: high variability at rest means your body is in recovery rather than in drive, so it lowers energy while raising the Heart Score. The two answer different questions.
The bands
- Below 35 — drained.
- 35 to 78 — stable.
- 79 and above — good.
FAQ
- Does it use my sleep or steps?
- No. It's calculated from the measurement alone — not your weight, sleep or step count.
